Darkness To Light Ministry's Easter Harmony by Gary F. Zeolla.
The Resurrection of Jesus - A harmony of the resurrection accounts - Based upon the outline given in Reason & Faith, R Forster & P Marston, Monarch Publications, 1989, p 79 - 108 A very detailed explanation, including diagrams.
"A Suggested Harmonization of the Resurrection Narratives" from "Three Crucial Questions about Jesus" by Murray J. Harris, Baker Books, 1994, ISBN 0-8010-4388-3; from the appendix, pages 107-109 A simple 21-step reconstruction with no extra explanation. Seems similar to Forster and Marnton's.
RESURRECTION OF JESUS PUZZLE by Steve Hinrichs Apparently done specifically for the web by Steve Hinrichs, but using lots of references. Again, seems similar to Forster and Marnton's.
The JSCM Studt Center has a fairly brief solution, then answer Dan Barker's objections.
Dead link: The Easter Deception, a reconstruction by the author of the "Theist!" web site. Again, seems similar to Forster and Marnton's.
Do the Resurrection accounts HOPELESSLY contradict one another? A typically thorough response from the Christian Thinktank. Discusses some issues, then lists various published proposals:
The main differences between these different reconstructions is the relationships of the appearances to the women in John 20:11-18 and Matthew 28:9-10:
My article has John 20:11-18 = Matthew 28:9-10. I've never seen this done before but (in my opinion) it fits the evidence best.
Geisler and Howe, and Darkness To Light Ministry's Easter Harmony have Mary alone in John 20:10-18, then Mary with the other women in Matthew 28:1-10.
All the other reconstructions above have Mary Magdalene leaving the tomb (the first time, before she sees Jesus) separately from the other women, and hence not being one of the witnesses to the appearance in Matthew 28:9-10.
